Pomos Village

Pomos Village

One of the most unspoiled areas in Cyprus must be the Pomos area on the west coast. Located 20 km from Polis in Paphos, the village of Pomos is a tranquil and picturesque area that remains one of the few spots that have not been spoilt by the influx of tourists to the island. This is the place to visit if you want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. The drive to Pomos will take you past some of the most beautiful scenery on the island. Cliffs with pine and fruit trees meet the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the sandy beaches are very inviting. You can spend idyllic days lying on the beach and exploring some of the sea caves in the area.

Cape Greko National Park

Cape Greko National Park

The best way to see the splendor of the Cape Greko National Park must be by walking the nature trails that are spread throughout the park. The natural terrain with the diverse flora and spectacular views from the cliffs down to the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea are a unique experience. Lined with secluded beaches this unique area of Cyprus offers nature trails that stretch for kilometers along the North-East coast of Cape Greko. The tiny church of Agoi Anargyroi is along this route and another trail will take you to the Cyclops cave to an awe-inspiring picnic spot. There are also cycling paths that you can enjoy practically all year round.
