Ayia Napa Seafront Villas

LOCATION

A newly developed area on the western edge of Ayia Napa, Ayia Thekla is a quaint village which has seen the addition of many modern villas along it’s coastline over the last decade. Mostly unspoiled, this seaside village has a lot of appeal and is only 5 km away from Ayia Napa. An hourly bus service goes to Potamos Liopetriou which runs through the center of Ayia Napa before heading on to Paralimni village, so there is a way to get around if you don’t have a car.  The town is named after the small white church of St, Thekla which is situated on a hill overlooking the ocean.
